Paul Herrerias brings over 30 years of experience in retained executive search and leadership coaching to the clients of Herrerias & Associates. His career is built around one central mission: helping organizations succeed by ensuring they have the right leaders in place — at the right time.

Before founding Herrerias & Associates, Paul built a strong foundation in business with roles as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche, a management consultant at KPMG, and an entrepreneur. His broad background gives him a unique perspective on what makes executives — and the companies they lead — truly succeed.

Beyond his search work, Paul is a passionate teacher and coach. He has taught courses on ethics, leadership, and career success, served as adjunct faculty at Dominican University, and spoken widely to professional associations and community groups. He also leads peer-to-peer mentoring groups for COOs and founded an educational network for CEOs.

Paul’s service extends into the broader community through leadership roles on a variety of boards, spanning professional societies in Public Accounting and Human Resources, homeowner associations, university alumni organizations, athletic clubs, and faith-based groups. (He counts coaching 5th grade girls’ basketball as one of his most challenging and rewarding leadership assignments!)
